Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If a customer receives an incorrect or damaged item, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing photos or videos showing the issue.

 

In such cases, we will offer a replacement, and the customer must return the incorrect or damaged product according to our return policy.

 

Please note: Due to different production batches, the packaging or logo may vary from what is displayed on our website. If the item’s function and appearance are correct, it will not qualify for our free replacement policy.
